The team brings backgrounds across quantitative research, institutional portfolio management, private equity, investment banking, client relationship management, and operations — a deliberate mix that strengthens every client engagement.
The firm was founded with the partners' own capital. Auour — pronounced "Our" — reflects how the founders started the firm with "our" money, aligning their incentives directly with those of every client they serve.
